technical support operations providing both help and training.
DesktopStreaming™ allows you to
remotely connect to a technical support representative (through the
internet). Once you grant permission the tech support representative will
be able to see your screen just the way you do, and even share your mouse
and keyboard to solve problems and learn new functions.
