1. Click here to download Dominos.DBF to the MAILERS+4 folder on your hard drive. You will be importing your national database records into this formatted DBF file.

2. Launch MAILERS+4.

3. Open Dominos.DBF by clicking the File menu and selecting Open. In the Open dialog, browse for Dominos.DBF, select it, and then click OK.

4. Click the Database menu and select Copy Structure. In the Save As dialog, enter a new name for the file (e.g., TEMP1.DBF) and then click Save. 

5. Open the DBF file you just created by clicking File > Open. Select the new file and then click OK.

6. Click the Database menu and select Import. In the Import screen, enter the name of the national database file you are converting, or click Select to browse for it. In the File Type list, choose Fixed Length File. Click OK to import the records of your national database file into the DBF file. 

Your records should now be imported and correctly formatted. To browse through the database file, click the Database menu and select Browse. For information about formatting your list or using MAILERS+4 features, click F1 for help or refer to your MAILERS+4 User's Manual.
